Client service was great, polite, and helpful. The repair work was done in a timely fashion. My only issue was having to come back after my oil change 3 days prior to have the oil pan plug tighten as it was leaking. I had driven 600 miles with it leaking over the weekend. I have a decent size oil spill in my driveWay that I now need to chemically clean. Very inconvenient.

I watched my car get brought up and my keys brought in and I waited 15 minutes and never got called up. So I went up and asked. When I went back and asked there were 3 employees just hanging around while one was helping another customer. I asked if someone could check me out so I could leave. I was told to wait for the 1 employee helping a customer. I was very frustrated. My car was sitting ready I just needed to pay and be handed my keys.

Air was not added to other tires as usual so the are all off balance. The new tire is fine because it is new. All was good there. Wasn't offered usual complimentary car wash. Trunk is not closing when I push button to close. Was working fine prior to taking it in.
