I took my rav4 to have a an oil change on Saturday and on Tuesday noticed that my oil light came on. Checked my oil and there was zero oil in it!!!! My boyfriend and I had to rearrange our whole day and Holiday because of this. I am not satisfied with your mechanics careless mistake.

Overall it was a good experience, my only advice is to have your sales and service have better communication. I had paid for 3 services, was initially called to set up and appointment with only 1 service attached not all. He then had to call me back and said he got all 3 scheduled. Well I arrived to service on Friday, when I scheduled 2 weeks prior I was told my car would be done on Saturday at the latest. I arrive and they only have 2 services attached to the appointment. I had to walk around the building to sales to speak with someone to figure out what happened with the third one. I spoke to a gal over there and she said the windshield was done over in sales after the other two. When I told that to the service side they had no idea what I was talking about. 40 minutes after leaving my car the service dept called saying now my car wouldn't be done till Tuesday eventhough they had 2 weeks to get in the stuff for my appointment. I had to call on Tuesday to my sales person Ethan and because I feel like he's the only person who knew what was going on. Chace in service was so kind, but I feel like he was not set up for success and the communication in your departments needs to be better.

Waited 3 hours for my oil change , got home to leave for a flight after returning 3 weeks later saw oil in my driveway, called Toyota to have check , after 2-1/2 hours they tell me they put the wrong oil filter on ??
Got home and checked my oil to find that it was 2 quarts low

My husband I scheduled the appointment . We arrived at the service bay and arrived to check in. Elizabeth at the front desk was not going to allow us to check in without a code.
She then explained that having a code would keep unwanted guests from just driving in without an appointment. My husband did not have the code and were almost turned away.
The new code option is not working very well

Jessica informed me of the discontinuation of the “pay for 4 oil changes and get the 5th one free” policy, which is a 25% price increase. I consider this excessive, since the oil change charge has gone up incrementally over the many years I’ve been coming to Toyota of Puyallup for this service (I bought my 2010 Tundra from you). I don’t blame Jessica, she was just the messenger.
