Why wasn’t I told when I made my appointment for a 5000 mile service that I didn’t need it? And after spending $800 on tires you don’t rotate them for free? And the multipoint inspection that should be free cost me $60.
Very disappointed as I’ve been bringing my cars to your company for almost 20 years.

I was told when my appointment was scheduled that the service department could test the status of my hybrid battery. When the oil change was completed I was told that it is not possible to test the hybrid battery. I called the Tacoma Toyota service department & they said they could test the current status of the hybrid battery. It is really regrettable that your service department can’t communicate its capabilities accurately.
