Brought a GR86 in for an oil change. I was asked if I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and I specifically declined the tire rotation. Tires were rotated anyway and my alignment was messed up. In regards to the oil change, there is now an oil leak that I’m trying to locate. The car was also returned to me with the grill unclipped from the front bumper. I don’t understand how you **** up an oil change this bad.

I initially bought the truck in for an oil change and spark plugs. When they fix that, they said that something else was wrong with it so I was more money that I had to pay and the truck still was not where it was supposed to be because the lights came back on not a week later so I can work had to take it back a third time to get that fixed and even though they didn’t charge me that time I’m not sure I can trust them to do any more work on my truck.

I know a complete inspection was performed but basically I wound up waiting 2 hours for an oil and air filter change and tire rotation. It would be helpful in the future to advise customers ahead of time how long they may be expected to wait so they can make other arrangements.
