Cody Rardin was excellent! He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything and was very respectful. I’ve been a client of Toyota for many years, and this is one of the best services that I have had in a very long time. I will definitely be requesting Mr. Rardin from now on.

I would have liked my car to be washed. Every other dealership I have ever been to they offered a complementary car wash with every service. ( I purchased the car from Tansky and they do offer the free car wash)

Please give Cody whatever bonus and/or maximum raise he can get. What an incredible human to have the pleasure of working with after such a long, difficult, and depressing few months I’ve had trying to get my vehicle repaired properly. He cared about me, what I needed, and how he could provide me optimal service despite my situation. 3 hours 20 minutes for yearly maintenance is ridiculous. Mr. Koch said 2 hours. Seems like people are trying to upsell. Last year took 45 minutes. You are seeing too many customers at one time. Let people know time when appt is made. Won't be back.
