He goes above & beyond to ensure my satisfaction and expectations are met during my visit. I took my car here for the very first oil change and will plan on returning as a repeat customer. On my recent visit he also provided me with a loaner car in which was very convenient and accommodating. I was told that my rear strut were leaking oil and that they need some attention. I ask a question to The service representative and she answered in way that I was not expected. I wanted to tell her that I changed my decision and that I wanted to replace the struts. But after the way she responde to my question I said to my self why bother.
I never had this type of customer service experience.

Suggestion to Crown Lexus: provide a courtesy car for customers that bring their car in for an oil change or free shuttle drop off and pick up. Everyone doesn’t Uber.
