I was somewhat disappointed to find out that my tire was flipped inside out. I purchased my tires from your dealership and had them installed there. I have been back to Crown Lexus at least 3 times for other services since and this mistake was never noticed. I have been driving with an inside-out tire for a year and a half. I would like to speak to the manager, David.
Other than that, Alyssa was great, very sweet.

My name is Rocky and my family and I are loyal Lexus customers. My car had a leak in February 2022 and crown Lexus Ontario could not figure it out, leaving my driveway with stains because of the cause of the leak. In the month of January 2023 I had the help of Alfred Nungaray who took the proper time and most care into my vehicle by making sure the leak situation will be solved and he did awesome. Alfred is the best at communication and offers great service by making sure my car was fixed and done as fast as possible. For future purposes I prefer to go to Alfred and will recommend other Lexus owners I know to see Alfred for service on their vehicles.
