Alfred was awesome. He worked with my insurance company and he was speeyd with answers. He was able to make a smooth transition in having the insurance company pay lexus directly. I was also set up with a loaner car for the duration. He has kept me in the loop with all the news and updates and I was never misinformed about anything. He should be promoted to Director of operations after handling my case because he set the highest standard of customer service among all the advisors I’ve been with at crown lexus.
