I was completely satisfied with my service representative. I don’t like the new texting with what’s wrong with your car. I would rather have the representative come out and explain things in person. I had my service and get a text saying I need 1600 dollars of things. I went to the service advisor and he explained it all. I’ve been coming for 23 years for service. That text was the worst experience I’ve had there.
