I was told my car needed an alignment, but because I have prepaid service, I was only written up for an oil change. I’m not sure why an alignment isn’t covered in my prepaid services when it’s a normal service, but it seems like the value I paid for pre paying service doesn’t feel there. Also, I was never told what the cost of getting an alignment is.

Devin Roberson is a valuable asset to your team; he is the ONLY reason I did not leave in total disrespect and humiliation; I’ve addressed this to your manager and general manager at Crown Lexus Ontario…the manager Mike used a term to describe African Americans as “colored”!!! I was in utter shock!!!!! At the end, they did their best to accommodate me but more training is needed; I’m a retired Staff Development trainer and you should invest in this for your staff. Without Devin, I was going to continue up the chain of command; but his professionalism calmed me down.
