Fiona gave me a hard time trying to prove that my car problem was external problem and not Lexus responsibility without at least diagnosis and find out what is going on with my car. She just wasted my time for no reason and seem to be more interested on payment without finding the cause of the problem. She is probably new and if so she need retraining. The technician that worked on my car was very knowledgeable about what was the cause of the problem and very professional with me. He listened to me and gave me the help I needed . Thanks to him because I could have wasted more time for minor problem.
