This visit was the first time I saw Helen Kassel in three years. Just like before, she is very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. She did her best to find coupons to reduce my overall expenditure for a very expensive service visit.

Mark was wonderful but I had a 10am appointment with Gerry and after sitting in the car waiting for him for30 minutes I ask one of your employees to find out what was going on. He came back and said there were still two people ahead of me and it would be another 20 minutes at least. I said I didn’t want to wait any longer, at which point he had Mark help me. It was so inconsiderate of Gerry not to at least come out and explain or apologize. And the loaner car I had reserved a week in advance wasn’t available. Mark was wonderful but a 10am appointment and I didn’t get done till 2pm. Pretty un-exceptable! Very disappointed
