Excellent customer service. Helen is the only advisor that my family and I prefer to deal with when it’s time to service our vehicles (4 vehicles in total). In fact, if Helen is not available we will wait until a day she is available. That’s how nice and professional she is.

However, I was told a Lexus tech person would be available to go through the features the car has, but was not told this person was off this day.
