I’ve been coming to your location for about 5 years now and I have never received the type of wonderful service I received while working with Pam. She was polite, kind and did not try to sell or offer me additional services I did not need. I arrived at Lexus with a concern about my vehicle.
This young lady approached my window and asked if I had an appointment. Then after she wrote a time with my car to be worked on by any advisor.
After four cars that had arrived after me got attended to before me. So I continued to patiently wait as 30 minutes pass by, and no one approached me. I could see inside of area were all the service advisors sat. As I continued to wait outside by my vehicle most of all the service advisors were talking with each other, and laughing out loud while I still stood by my vehicle in the heat.

Tito was very friendly and professional. Service with a smile will always keep me comimg back to Crown Lexus. Tino said he will take care of me and he did not disappoint. Even though I had requested for a loaner yesterday morning only at my time of service, Tino got me a loaner. He said that my car should be ready in less than two hours, my car was ready in about 1 1/2 hrs. Tino took care of me.
