I just moved to the Inland Empire area from Santa Monica and this was my first experience with Crown Lexus! Helen, my service manager was very helpful and due to an extra amount of work that needed to be done, she arranged for a loaner car for me! I was very appreciative because I had appointments in the afternoon I needed to get to!

The “hand wash” they did on the car. It was a horrible job. Patches of dust everywhere. Areas completely missed. I would’ve preferred to have left the car unwashed if I knew that is how it was going to be done. Outside of that, pleasant experience with the service department. No complaints at all outside of the wash.
