Very disappointed with the service I received. I came in for an 11:15 am appointment for routine maintenance and what was supposed to be a two hour ended up being a 4:30 hour. Every other person was serviced on a timely manner with me being the exception. The fact that the service fee was waived does not make it ok. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to your location . The lengthy wait caused me a-lot of anxiety to say the least.
