Nothing is ever 100%.
Tino was very pleasant to work with and my insurance adjuster said the same. I was just just frustrated with the length of time & the uncertainty of what was happening with my car.
In regards to the tubes that were clogged with pollen/dirt or whatever, perhaps that is something that could be checked during a service appt? Maybe the water pushed into my car could have been avoided. Something to think about.
