I came for a normal 5k mile service and ended up with a broken windshield because of a car wash. It was extremely stressful because they wanted to blame me, and it simply wasn’t my fault. Supposedly they said there was a crack in my windshield when there definitely wasn’t. I cried my eyes out because of the terrible luck. Only saving grace was Dennis, other than that I will never be coming back here again.
