Suggestions for Service Advisor George Gonzales.
Explain to the customer what the REQUIRED maintenance is as per the manufacturer- Lexus. Then you can present the RECOMMENDED maintenance as per the dealership - Crown Lexus. I didn’t appreciate that tactic at all. Also, I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced. When the vehicle was ready to be picked up, all George did was send me a text. Alfred Nanguray was my service advisor the previous 3 times I brought my vehicle into Crown Lexus and he is FANTASTIC! When the vehicle is ready, he walks over the customer lobby and personally tells me my vehicle is ready and then walks with me to the cashier counter and goes over the invoice and asks if I have any questions with the invoice. George did none of this. He just sent me a text that my vehicle was ready and I walked over the cashier counter by myself and paid the invoice by myself with nobody there to offer an explanation of the service that was performed.
