James helped me last week to get maintenance for my car. He was very good to help me get the most important maintenance done, even though I was in a rush b/c of visiting relatives. He told me I could finish all services I need for the car later and that really helped me. He even helped to set up my appointment for the following week to finish everything. Thanks for helping me get what I needed at the time, without having to worry about my car.

Helen’s interpersonal skills leave much to be desired. Her comments regarding my car during inspection left me feeling insulted. I understand that she needed to make notes of any scratches on my car prior to receiving it for service, but her comments that “you must hit a lot of curbs” was very directly insulting. Particularly because I am not the sole driver of this car. In addition when asking if I wanted a car wash with my service and I said yes, she responded “well I don’t see why you want to because it’s going to rain this weekend, but whatever”. Her attitude was completely disrespectful. It was not currently raining (I once serviced my car at Longo Lexus when it was raining and they let me know they don’t wash cars when it rains and gave me a voucher to come back and get it washed at any other time). It’s Tuesday, and the weather report indicates rain on Saturday. I have 4 days to enjoy my car clean, a service that I had already paid for in advanced. I shouldn’t feel like I’m wasting a resource or someone’s time. I have been driving Lexus cars for the last 20 years, and I have never once encountered anyone who spoke to me so disrespectfully at a Lexus dealership or service center.

Emissions control sensor failure causing check engine light to turn on. Vehicle warranty expired at 55k. My vehicle was under 56k miles. Crown Lexus did not assist at all on price of parts or labor. Payment made by me and vehicle was taken home. About 300 miles later, check engine back on. After taking back to crown lexus, Additional codes populated that did not populate first visit nor did they have anything to do with Emissions Control. Moving forward, I do not intend on recommending Crown Lexus nor continue business at Crown Lexus. Warranty manager at Crown Lexus did not assist at all (my service manager did speak to them multiple times) in finding a resolution. Now that I have taken the time to write this message, I will also be posting this exact message online. Thanks
