I only get my car serviced at Crown Lexus. I prefer to work with Alfred. He is professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He reviews with me everything that is done to my vehicle. And he is always willing to answer questions. He goes out of his way to provide the top level service Crown expects. He represents the company well.
