This was my first time working with Eli and he did a great job with customer service. From meeting him in the beginning, to getting a phone call about service parts that are recommended for replacement, to coming to pick up my car, everything was great. When I first made the appt for my NX 60000 mile service I was told they wouldn’t have any loaner cars until Friday. However, I still decided to bring my vehicle on Wednesday and when I asked Eli for any available loaner cars, he was able to make it happen! Even better, he gave me the RX instead of the IS because I told him I don’t feel comfortable in small cars. I was so pleased to be in the new RX hybrid sport! When I sadly had to return it, Eli made sure to bring out my NX sparkling clean! Thanks so much Eli for the great customer service and taking care of my NX. I bought my NX from Crown Lexus and I will only go to Crown Lexus for maintenance and any future purchases!
