Very satisfying visit. Helen made all the difference. She was professional while being so warm and personable. I would characterize her service as efficiency with a personal touch. The girl at the valet service was also very nice and provided smiling service. If I had to spend a couple of hours waiting, a place where the employees were pleasant and smiling is where I’d want to do so. Thankfully, Helen and everyone were so on the ball that I ended up not waiting very long. Thank you Helen and crew at Crown Lexus!
