I was very satisfied with Mark Gray. He was very professional, friendly, and kind. His overall demeanor made me feel very welcome. I also had a good experience with Jason who is the foreman in the service department. He answered a lot of questions I had about my vehicle since it is new and some things I am not familiar with. Again my overall experience was really good. I usually dread going to a dealership, but I have to say the treatment at the Lexus dealer ship for exceeds expected standards and any other dealership I’ve been to.

Mark, listened to my concerns about thefront left tire failure and took care of my needs. Mark explained the process of getting the tire replaced and provided me with an estimate of time to have my vehicle back on the road. It wasn’t going to be ready until late afternoon therefore rather than having me wait he was able to arrange for a loaner car and have me return the following day.
