I absolutely love my awesome outstanding service I received today at my service visit at crown Lexus in Ontario CA . My service advisor Alfred Nungaray. So kind and attentive to all my questions and answered all my concerns thoroughly . Couldn’t be more happier . ????

My vehicle was with you guys for 3 weeks my car was dropped off on the 1/2/25 I picked it up today 1/23/25.I repeatedly asked Miguel to give me a time frame and at week two when i asked for an update I got nothing. I ended up being transferred to him when I asked for a manager (they were off)I hung up on him and he called back saying he thinks we got disconnected and I more vulgarly said no I hung up on you cause I don’t want to talk or deal with you, you haven’t answered any of my request just gave me generic responses. I hung up again then spoke to lead Alfred who spoke with Miguel and at two weeks the wheel repair people still never went to the shop and that he’s aware of it now and will handle it. He left me a VM stating it’ll be ready end of day Tuesday or early Wednesday and I was never called, I had to call and left a VM for Alfred and Miguel called me back stating it’s ready and getting paper work together for it. I was nice to him this time but he mention 3 wheels repair, I only knew of the two I showed him, it’s under a warranty and doesn’t cost me anything now but still would like to aware of it. Only reason I’m coming back is because of Tony, he’s the services department saving grace to keeping a customer.i asked for the manager today and he had already went to lunch at 11am. My opinion y’all should promote Tony. I hate complaining but when it gets to a point I have to then the situation is bad.

I appreciate Mr. Connor’s help. He paid attention and listen to what I was saying. He was very kind and helpful. I was completely comfortable and satisfied with his service. Thank you very much

Mike took care of me and my car as expected in a timely fashion. This is part of the reason I own a Lexus.

This is the second time we had Alyssa White helped us and was very helpful she goes out of her way to make sure we understand everything that my car was going to be serviced on. Very very happy with her service.

Christian has been a great help with all my car maintenance needs. I took my car in for a sunroof problem back in November and that’s when I had Christian as my service rep. He was so helpful back then that I decided to call on him to schedule my 5k maintenance. He did not disappoint & his customer service skills are 100%!

Mark Gary was really helpful outstanding excellent work on helping me on on services and communicating everything was great he was excellent thank you so much.

They tried to tell me I need new spar plugs badly at a cost of $1000, they did not know I got new plugs at Lexus of Riverside few months before. They were simply trying to scam me who it checking the car first
