My only concern is that I paid the maintenance coverage when I purchased the vehicle and I want to be certain that I’m getting what I paid for. As an example on my 12 month or 10,000 mile service it shows that my car should have its cabin filter replaced but it was not on 10/15/24. So I told Jerry about it on today’s service and he implied that this would be addressed. However after my service was completed Jerry told me the cabin filter didn’t need to be replaced. Also, I asked Jerry to insure that the HV battery cooling intake filter be inspected for dirt or dust. He told me that was addressed in this service. And, if that’s correct I can only assume that this was completed as part of the Vehicle inspection because no where on the service ticket is the HG battery mentioned.
Besides that I want to say that Jerry did an excellent job but I would prefer that what I request is documented so I can be confident that I’m getting what I paid for.
I won’t need to perform another survey via Google. This should suffice.
