Pleasant experience for sure! Sales managers could be a little friendlier... every time an employee walks by a client in service, should acknowledge with a simple "Hello" and a smile.

I received my car back with a crack all the way down the middle. I didn't have a crack when I bought my car in, now Crown Lexus says I need to pay almost $2500 for them to replace the windshield they damaged. Been a customer 6 years, never been treated like this before.
