I'm writing to complain about my oil change service on August 9th. While picking up my car, a valet said my tire light was on. After checking with a technician, he told me everything was fine and that technicians sometimes remove air. I later found a screw in my rear tire, which had gone flat. The technician and valet were aware of the issue but failed to be honest and fix it. This lack of professionalism created a serious safety hazard. I'm disappointed and expect a prompt resolution.
