I liked the video of the walk around of my vehicle. Your average consumer (me included) really doesn’t know what 8mm or 9 mm means. Maybe could say brakes are only 1/2 worn, or still in good shape. I am very pleased with your service and getting me in within 2 days. I plan on keeping this Highlander as long as possible. Hope to see you in 5000 more miles for my next oil change and tire rotation. Keep mailing me those oil change coupons in the future. Thanks.

To put it bluntly your service department has a lot to be desired. I was there for one and 1/2 hours getting my tires rotated that is absurd. Then they came and told me that I needed two filters changed that were in the red that they didn’t even mention the last time I was there which was 6000 miles ago, I’ve been coming there for four years now and I’ve noticed that your service has went downhill in the last year and a half as bad as I hate to. I will not be back to have you guys service my vehicle again this is just ridiculous amount of time that is wasted whenever you’re supposed to be doing something to service the public .

I was dealing with a nightmare/run around from my Extended Warranty and another dealership with replacing the head unit in my Tacoma. I stopped in to Buckhannon Toyota and explained what was happening to the service dept manager Josh, who walked out to my truck with me, listened, and told me he would help fix this issue. Summer called my warranty company and the other dealership and managed to close out the claim and open their own. She got me in right away for diagnostic and within a week, I am back to listening to music and enjoying my truck. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and understanding. I went a month without a radio because of the other dealership not cooperating (not Toyota). I am very thankful for both of their help!!
