The lady that checked me in and out was very very nice and helpful . I ask her what a price was for a set of Wii per was for the car and she knew it right off the top of her head couldn’t have ask for any better and even the mechanic was very polite and even told me in person that everything looked good with the car. Wrong part was ordered and I will now need to miss work for a second trip back. Not a reflection on the person named here, just a failure of the BAM TEAM as a whole. I also wonder why it took over an hour of me waiting for it to be determined that the wrong part was ordered. I have been satisfied over the years with the service department, just not this time.
