I did my all my required services at the scheduled intervals that Toyota recommends and yet at 16,000 miles I developed an issue with my tires and after a unscheduled appointment I was told all four of my tires are cupped and needed to be replaced. I feel that buying a new vehicle in that price point the tires would last longer than 16,000 miles with in a year.

Came in for a complete service and tire rotation. Told him the low tire light was on. After tire rotation the low tire light is still on, in the back tire instead of front. Air pressure in all tires remain the same as when I came in.

On 9/5/2024 The left front wheel bearing was changed and the technician recommended a wheel alignment, which I approved, I notified the service department on Friday. 9/6/2024 that the car was making the very same noise it was making before the Wheel bearing was changed.
Brought the car back on 9/16/2024 technician reported tires need replaced and recommended alignment? On 9/5/2024 A multi inspection was conducted and tires were not an issue at that time. How can the tires create a grinding noise from the left front wheel and another wheel alignment recommended one week later? Were pictures taken of the old bearings and then the new bearings after they were installed?

I appreciate they got me in between appointments when I didn’t have an appointment. When they tried to install the part they had the wrong fasteners ordered. It actually worked out for the best because the problem was identified, today. When I come back next time it’ll probably take five minutes or less than install the part. It’s all good, it’s OK.
