An 8AM oil change took hrs.My truck sit in the parking lotfor 35 or 40 minutes before it was taken in and at 9 something I was told I needed an air cleaner.I agreed ed to the air cleaner and told the service manager I would not return.He apologized for taking so long and had no reason for it taking so long. Oil changes should be done easily in 20 to 30 minutes.

I was not happy having to wait over a week to get an appointment for an oil change. This is something simple that doesn’t take long. I can’t imagine if there were something wrong with my car. I also asked to have the air pressure in my tires evened out and it was given back to me with more are on one side than the other. It was like 2 different people put air in and each did a different amount. Other than that I think the service is good.

I was called and told that the part was in for my needed fix. The appointment was scheduled and I went. After an hour and 45 minutes the service tech, Alicia, came out to tell me the part was still on back order. This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating.
