Alicia went above and beyond. After seeing that I was walking with a cane she went and pulled my car to the front so that I didn’t have as far to walk. I really appreciated that. It’s the little things that mean so much.

Mentioned that last visit I was told that my brakes were at 80 or 90%, but within 2,000 miles the brake pads were totally gone and ruined my rotors. They took my information and assured me that they would handle it. My recall was done in a timely manner and I was on my way.
