Alicia was great! The guy working with her was a complete dud! I asked him a question and he told me to wait while he made a phone call. I’m standing in front of him and he is so dismissive. Is he a Gen Z? And, he actually made a phone call instead of taking 4 Steps to the garage to see when my vehicle would be ready. And, every other word was asking Alicia to step in and provide the service he just said he would do. Bummer! I sure hope Alicia never finds another job!
