It took 2 hours and the representative just said it would take a “little longer” due to a recall. I would’ve liked to have had a time frame. Also, a man named Christian at the desk was poet, short with people; and rude more than once to the lady who helped me. I was a little taken aback at his behavior. He was argumentative and seemed to be looking for conflict. He was brooding pretty much the whole time I was there. I had come for my 10k service and everything was great but not so much this time

I called hoping to make appt for routine 15 month service same day and to my surprise Micheal told my to bring the car in in about 1 hr. Once there, I was not there more than 1 hour even though there was 4 people there also having service done. This has never happened to me. I was very appreciative!

Everything was great, but after the appointment I noticed that the car steering wheel shakes while accelerating and during speeds of 40-80. I believe this might be a result of the wheel/tire rotation service. I believe the wheels should have been balanced as well. This service was not recommended to me during my appointment. Other than that, everything was great.
