We purchased my Highlander from Buckhannon Toyota because of the Service Department’s reputation for great care, though we have three or four dealers within a half hour of our home. Apparently the tires weren’t checked on the walk around inspection. Three of the four tires were bald on the inside. I just had to replace them. Other than that it was good experience.
