Still didn't get a call for the part that needs to be replaced; was told it should be just a few days. Calling today and you guys can't even find us in your system? Doesn't sound like good service... And after being on hold with a recording while someone tries to find out what's going on for some 15 minutes... and you guys hangup on us!... Seriously!? So, face to face, the lady we dealt with (Hailey Richard) was very nice and helpful, but after that... Not very happy with the service at Toyota Buckhannon.

Every time I call to schedule appointments and leave messages I don’t get return calls. I’ll wait a couple days and call back and leave a message until I finally reach someone. Why does no one ever return my messages? Otherwise yes, I’m happy with the service. But I do expect a return call in a timely manner. Thank you!

I was impressed with your service department. Everyone was pleasant and willing to help. Quite an improvement over the Fairmont Toyota dealership, whom I will never deal with again. One question though, I'd l8ke the name changed from Kelly to Diana. KELLY IS MY DAUGHTER and she had service in her name years ago. Cashier couldn't change the name for me.
