I did not find the rest of the early morning staff to be friendly or welcoming at Coad Paducah. I arrived for a 7:00 appointment, and the facility was not even open. No one spoke basically till about 7.45, as I waited in the area and until other customers began arriving for service. This disappoints me. If a business opens at 7, people working need to be friendly and welcoming to customers. This is just my opinion, of course.

I appreciate Coad staff but the customer service has been on a steady decline since around the start of 2022 and I’m not sure why but it seems to coincide with the lack of little to no new inventory on site or sales staff, or service department staff on Saturdays. A little disappointing.
