Picked up vehicle then showed up and was told they weren't done with. Was told it would only be about another hour. I showed back up and continued to wait an additional hour. Service and operations has gone downhill since it became Coad Toyota instead of Mike Smith. I will never recommend Coad or buy a vehicle from Coad.
