Zachary Dixon was VERY helpful and polite. My complaint is not at all his fault. While my car was being serviced I got the service report and it noted the problem with my windshield sprayer. I consented to have it fixed for a price of around $200. They were unable to fix it and it still cost me that amount for them to just have looked at it. So it is still not fixed for that price. Zachary did apply a 10% coupon to try to help me out. He also told me that should I choose to come back and get it done that half of this charge would be applied to the labor cost. But I am not happy about the charge for labor when it is not yet fixed when I did not initially request this to be done today. Thanks.
