I called on 01/03 and scheduled an appointment on 01/04 for 1pm to have a new fob programmed to my car. I had my car towed and it was there by 11am. The service did not start until 3pm and Thomas called at 5:40pm stating they were having issues with the cut on my master key and was not able to finish the job that night. I picked up my car on 01/05 and my key does not work. I paid $700 to have a key made. At this point I need management to contact me as soon as possible as it does not hold up to Toyotas standards.
