I was disappointed to make an appointment for 930 and have my car sit third in a row to be serviced and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get the vehicle serviced and out. I believe that an appointment is to expedite the process rather than just get in line to be taken care of whenever you guys get around to it. I will not be back for service anytime in the future.

Was told upon check-in my visit would be around an hour. Two hours later, I was beginning to wonder what was going on as the repair my vehicle was brought in for is a very quick and easy fix. I then get called up just to be told the part needed to be ordered and I would have to come back. It took 2- hours to look at it and determine no parts were in stock?
