At 3:59 I received the text & link to my all points inspection. Tech recommended coolant exchange. I responded via the link walked up to the desk at 4:01 to let them know to go forward with the coolant exchange & not worry about tire rotation.
My keys had already been brought up to the service writer desk and they had completed my service appt.
I will now have to return (another 1 hr round trip plus wait time) for my rug next week to get the cost exchange completed.

I found the piston that needs to be removed when checking the cabin filter inside the glove box. It wasn’t reconnected back. Was promised that the vehicle would be washed being they kept the vehicle so long, and it wasn’t. I think it does not look good to promise anything without doing it.
