I know it seemed like a busy day, but2 1/2 hours for an oil change ( inspection) is a very long time. Also recommended a $400.00 change differential fluids when I had it done last visit. Staff very friendly.

Service rep did not make an effort to keep in contact with me during repair. I repeatedly had to call and leave a message requesting to speak with him to get an update. Additionally, amount quoted for brake service and door lock repair was not the amount that I was charged. I would NOT have chosen to proceed with brake service at this time if I had been given an accurate quote. It is also frustrating that I have repeatedly brought my vehicle in for these issues while it was under warranty and told it had to be basically 100% broken for them to diagnose the issue. Now that my vehicle is 3 years(but only 31,000mkles) and outside of warranty, I am charged almost $1000 for door lock repair that should have been covered.
