The young man at the counter talked down to me when I didn’t understand the charges. I’m not sure why you are charging Toyota for the filter when I was told you didn’t need to change it.

I am guilty of comparing my experience at Lillard to what I have experienced at Corvallis Toyota for the last 20 years. I suggest you have someone from your business take a vehicle to Corvallis for service and make notes of their service.
I’m not saying I am going back to Corvallis, it’s inconvenient since I moved. I’m not saying that your mechanics work is sub par to the mechanics in Corvallis. I just expected that the customer treatment I got would be the same or better than what I have become accustom to.in Corvallis.
