I only have a small negative comment. Maybe the service people can wash their hands before checking the glove box filter and moving the vehicle? I had to find a napkin to wipe the grease off my seats and glove box and driver side interior door.

Damian Lillard Toyota refused to repair a punctured tire on my 2025 rav4, tried to sell me a new tire when the car only has 1700 miles on it. I took the car to an independent tire professional and was informed it is a very simple tire patch repair and they had it repaired the same day for a fraction of what it would have cost, will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The noise is as obnoxious as it was the last two times of service repairs and I am hopeful that this will be resolved with the Struts that are being delivered sometime soon by your company.
