I was very clear when I made the standard maintenance appointment that they can keep the car as long as they need to in order to get it washed as well. He said they dont do normal washes anymore but if time wasnt an issue then washing it wouldnt be a problem. I show up and and its not washed. Come on people, get your communication straight.

Your service advisor was very professional and gave great service. My complaint though is on my purchase of my teuck for the first time in all my 45 years of buying trucks i had to spend 175 dollars to get standard floor matts. Also the teuck came advertised as having a tow package but i had to spend 415 dollars for a brake controller. I am not very happy about spending that much money after the purchase. I made it clear that I would be towing a camp trailer at purchase. I would have preferred to roll the cost into the loan if I would’ve known. Thx for your time
