A horrible experience! The girls, (including Peyton) at the intake desks were impersonal, too busy on the computers ane phones, no eye contact and definitely no customer service. After waiting 2 hours I left without service to my car. I called the General manager and at 6pm,Brian the Sales Dept Manager called me and explained that all girls were trainees. They would be gone in 2-3 days. I rescheduled my appt for repairs for the following week. Hopefully I will get my car serviced without all the rudeness and disregard. I hope this Agency never consents to allowing a group of rude, cold people to train at the expense of their customers!

Mac Toyota used to provide customers with a loaner car if they needed to leave a vehicle overnight. Now the dealership only offers a rental vehicle at a minimum charge of $80/day.This is exorbitant on top of the cost of repairing a vehicle, especially for customers who do not live close by or have alternative transportation. It's too bad that the days of providing a courtesy loaner vehicle are over.

Well I usually don’t care but I made a 2 pm appt. I was even 30 mins early and got my car more than an 1hr that they stated. I had my grandbaby with me and I drive from Lincoln city. If I’m by myself I know it doesn’t bother me but longer with a 2 year old . I am happy with this place just today they were off maybe it was very short staffed I will continue my service here. They are very wonderful just was not expecting the long wait.

Car service was complete and my car sat in the lot for an extended period of time before I was notified (I had to ask service if my car was done since it was moved to the lot). I also noticed my car hood was not closed while driving home. You have a serious issue with your service department staff.
