The service department people are always courteous and very helpful. Their customer service is excellent.

Had an 11:30 appointment (to which I was early, about 11:05) to have a simple oil change/service I did not leave until 1:23. I realize that the dealership is not Jiffylube and there are staffing shortages but it seems like an excessive amount of time.
Additionally,I do realize these are two topics the sales team is ridiculous and while I’m all for casual, this is unprofessional. I am in construction not the highest class of people I work with , so take this as the serious critique it should be. At one point there were 9 people playing around at the sales desks, looking up Chalupa’s on the Internet, giving back rubs…words can’t describe the foolishness.
I have been trying to get my hands on a tundra since last March, I have spoken to Isreal who I know is gone, and Mathew, and another person. Several times about getting a new turners when they arrive. ….now I know why.
I know this is supposed to be a fun place but what in the world is going on here?

I was waiting for my car in the waiting room to be fixed and didn't realize I would get a text to let me know what was wrong. I would have thought a person would have come to talk to me. It wasn't until I asked an employee (after 2 hours of waiting) about my car. It was only then I was asked if I got a text.
I drove out after getting my car fixed and tested the windshield washer (the reason the car was brought in) and the sprayer wasn't working correctly. Ended up driving back and found out the tubing was being pinched. I would have thought somebody would have tested it before saying it was all ready to go.
Everybody was very friendly, but was disappointed in not being told in person about my cars diagnosis and making sure it was in working order before I got it back.

After I left the dealership, I saw that my multi info display was not set back to where I had it. And I didn’t know how to reset it. I looked at the owners manual and couldn’t figure it out. I called the dealership and spoke with a rep and she was unable to help me. Can someone else help me? Yes. But she couldn’t get any other person. After waiting for some time, I suggested she call me and leave a voice message when she had figured it out. No voice message from her either that evening or the next morning. I called again the next morning. Went to “voice mail is full”. Hung up. At which time I had to drive BACKTO THE DEALERSHIP! I was very unhappy with the customer service at that point. Fortunately one of the service people was able to help. He was very polite, knowledgeable and empathetic with my situation.

It took longer than expected. I made an appointment at 10 am for 4 pm. The service desk didn’t know about the appointment, and they didn’t have the bulb for replacement. They had to have one delivered after I arrived. I don’t believe it was the service technician that was to blame, maybe communicating with every one involved. The young man that gave me my keys back was very professional and courteous.
I just believe that it was a hiccup among the system. But in all I did get my head light replaced and I was on my way.

Did they really do the car inspection? Told intake service man the passenger side rear taillight was out

I had an appointment for 1PM - 2PM. The vehicle was checked in just before 1PM. It was nearly 3PM by the time it was released to me. I was told there was a new system to help streamline the customer experience. I hope you can see the irony here. It is my opinion that the new system was not at fault, rather it is more likely this was an issue with scheduling. If you cannot keep appointments, do not make them.
