The website was not user friendly and I somehow lost my original 9:30 slot. This made me late picking up my special needs son. When they changed my oil they didn’t update the sticker so I have no clue when to go back so will need to call and ask.

The seat was left dirty from the filter placed on it. The mileage was entered wrong so the next service sticker was way off. The front brakes were marked ok in one spot but the measurements indicated something else. After pointing these things out, the rep did clean my vehicle and adjusted the mileage.
