I had gotten a flat tire on my truck and didn’t know what my warranties covered. When I came in , I didn’t have an appointment, but I was helped immediately. The service department was extremely helpful and the gentleman that helped me even made sure I saw (and got to keep) the item that caused my tire to puncture. The attendant did not follow through with the coupon. When I picked up the attendant that checked me in was gone and the very kind gentleman that helped me had to correct it. Also the attendant was expected to let me know when you can inspect the electrical issue. The fog light that is out and the attendant was supposed to text me a quote to fix but did not and it was not fixed or noted to be fixed.
