Everyone was nice and the technician was confident. I have no complaints about the people, but it took two hours to get told what needs to be done to fix it and then it’s going to take five days to order the parts and you’re the dealership I thought you’d have a better supply of parts.

I was pleased with the outcome at the end. I brought my car back for what was supposed to be an oil leak. It turned out to be sloppy work of the oil change techs at your service dept. my car has never gone anywhere else for service and I spent 3 1/2 hours of my time waiting for a cleanup. Not to mention it **** your service tech searching for an oil leak that didn’t exist. I was not charged for anything so like is stated earlier I was ok with the end result. The point here is that it should have never happened if the quick oil change techs were more attentive to their jobs. Overall I have continued to return because I have been pleased.

An issue was noted as needing attention but I was not aware of it until after I left. The reason noted was an acronym that I am unfamiliar with. The repair done appears to be unnecessary as the inspection reports listed all areas as good and not needing service.
